please allow me to complain. although i don't really want to. and i'm not unhappy with my job. in fact i'm beginning to enjoy it more now. but anyways, this is something that has irked me for a long time.

before we send out spare parts to our branch offices in various regions, we need to type out this invoice thingy called the proforma invoice. and, ever since i started here, i have been typing out this proformas for my colleague. the first few times were complete disasters. keep having typo errors, missing out certain items, wrong format etc. but slowly, i became better and more careful.

what irks me is that sometimes, depsite my best intentions to not make a mistabke, i do. and even when i check it over, the mistake still eludes my 'eagle eyes'. altho, i do admit sometimes i take for granted and just send out the proforma.

what irks me even more is that when i do spot a mistake, amend it and send it out, the person over the other end will call up and 'reprimand' my colleague and which in turn, involves my colleague 'talking' to me. and today i just got a call from THAT person. what pissed me off was that when i was trying to explain, that person said, ' no let me talk finish.' who the fuck are you man!?! so what if you're doing us a favour. at least be nice about it. black list lah! we can always find someone else. even tho it's going to be more costly. and altho i hate to admit, we are indeed slaves to them. cos they hold the power in deciding whether we get to send our spares via them.



okie. i will be more than more than more than careful while typing out proformas next time.
